Dear guests, the following indications are to be only reference points that allow us to reach together that harmony, “living in a family” which will be the real vacation of our and your farm.

     Genuine and typical foods will be served as:
BREAKFAST  buffet from 8.30 am to 9.30 am
(tea – coffee – milk – bread – butter – jam – homemade cakes)

DINNER  from 20.00 / 20,30
(first – second – side dish – bread – water – wine – dessert)
The restaurant service is only open for dinner (during the summer), any changes are to be agreed in advance.
Typical lunch by reservation only

Daily cleaning of the rooms during the stay is the responsibility of the guest. Since the guest takes possession of the room, the farm staff no longer has access to it and, only on extra request, the room is cleaned.

Meals are consumed in a shared table with all the guests present in our farm house, like a family. Is our best social network.

We provide guests with various free services:
Fridge – television – closets – unattended parking inside the company, are to be considered in common and therefore must be managed according to the normal habits of education and community care

Guests can use a safe deposit box service provided by the company for any valuables and / or goods that they do not want to leave in the rooms. Otherwise the Agriturismo is not responsible for any loss and / or theft of the same.

Additional consumptions and / or services not foreseen by the structure regulation
Sa Perda Marcada are to be considered extra
E.g  (special drinks, food on request, educational farm, cooking classes and more)/strong>

The stay of the guest must respect the good norms of education and maintenance of quiet for the respect of the other guests and of the host family.
DEPARTURE check out by 10.00
ARRIVALS in the our Farm House by 01.00 pm  in the afternoon from 4.30 pm

At the time of payment we do not accept checks, credit cards and debit cards, as for technical reasons it is currently not possible to enable POS. Early departure has a penalty of 30% of the entire remaining stay.

It is a good rule for guests to contact the host farm for further information or details on particular situations in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings E.g (early departures – waiver of meals – special discounts – purchase of typical products)
Always advise on arrival at the company about any particular diets, allergies, intolerances or other.

Finally remembering that any problems must be communicated to us.
