In particular, this pasta comes from the Medio Campidano area, home to some of the most delicious recipes, such as \u201cmalloreddus alla campidanese\u201d: sausage and Pecorino cheese sauce.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1863\" src=\"http:\/\/saperdamarcada.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/malloreddus.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La nostra pasta \u00e8 prodotta esclusivamente con la semola del nostro grano e viene certificate con le analisi di laboratorio. The format varies from 250g to 300g.<br \/>\nWe produce Senatore Cappelli wheat, respecting the land. In our production process we do not use pesticides or herbicides. The result is a high-quality remilled semolina.<br \/>\nThere are natural impurities with wild radish giving the semolina and remilled semolina a strong flavour.
